AI chat and image generation issues resolved（October 7, 2026）

Thank you for using AITOMO.

Recently, frequent errors affecting language and image generation models caused some AI chat replies and image generation requests to fail.

These issues have now been resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again if an error interrupted your chat or image generation.

If errors continue, please contact us through the Support page.

Some customers experienced an issue where purchased points were not credited to their balance.

Affected period: around September 14–18, 2026
Fix: missing purchase points have been restored
Apology: affected customers also received an extra 2,000 points
In Point History, these appear separately as "Purchase" and "Apology for purchase issue"
