1. Open Send Gift from the intimacy menu in chat
2. Choose a gift and wrapping
3. Review the point cost and intimacy preview
4. Send it

The bonus depends on cost, multipliers, season, and character preference. The catalog can change, so use the confirmation screen as the source of truth.

What intimacy changes

Intimacy is a six-stage relationship, and it actually changes how the character treats you:

1. Tone and attitude evolve with the level — from polite and reserved (Stranger) to friendly, close, deeply trusted, and finally a destined bond (Soulmate)
2. Gift reactions reflect your bond — the character reacts with emotion (joy, surprise, gratitude, love, excitement) at a distance that matches your current level
3. Chat hints by level — the intimacy panel in chat suggests actions that fit your current relationship
4. Your own characters — in character creation and settings, you can customize a separate response style for each intimacy level (polite at first, affectionate at higher levels, and so on)

Chats, gifts, and daily interactions all raise intimacy over time.
